Star Trek: Conquest

I have defeated this game. I don't usually play video games but when Nick bought me this for the Wii I made an exception. It took a little while to work out the mechanics of how it worked and I could play it all the way up to the hard level as the Dominion, Klingons and Cardassians - but not as the Federation. I just could not work out how to win on the hardest level as the Federation.
